General terms and conditions
1. Agreement
1.1. By placing an order on the website Www.tacomundo.com you accept the offer from the Taco Mundo BV franchisee who delivers to your zip code area and enter into an agreement with this franchisee. This franchisee will deliver your order to you.
Any questions and/or comments should therefore be addressed to the relevant franchisee. The contact details of the relevant franchisee can be found in the confirmation email that you will receive in response to your order. Payments made via the website are made to the relevant franchisee. Taco Mundo BV and/or its franchisees are hereinafter also referred to as Taco Mundo.
1.2. As part of this agreement, personal data are processed by Taco Mundo BV and its franchisees.
This is always done in accordance with applicable legislation. For more information about how your personal data is handled, please consult our privacy statement.
1.3. In any case, Taco Mundo and its franchisees will never disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, unless they are obliged to do so by law.
1.4. The Taco Mundo stores are operated by independent entrepreneurs on their own account by means of a franchise.
2. Delivery
2.1. The delivery of an order is subject to a minimum amount specified per store. The prices
that are listed on the website do not include delivery costs. When ordering over a certain amount, as stated on the website, delivery is free.
2.2. Orders can be placed via the internet up to 5 minutes before the closing time of the relevant store. The opening hours are listed per store at www.tacomundo.com.
2.3 Although we strive to deliver your order to the address you want within 30 minutes, there are always circumstances, such as weather and traffic, that contribute to the fact that this indication cannot be met.
2.4. The risk with respect to the order passes to you after the order has been delivered and paid.
2.5. Taco Mundo does not provide alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years old. By completing an order containing alcoholic beverages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Taco Mundo's delivery drivers will ask for identification in case of doubt about the required age. If the minimum age requirement is not met, our deliverers are forced to take back the alcoholic drinks.
3. Promotional actions
3.1. Any promotional actions must be submitted during the ordering process. If this is not the case, Taco Mundo BV and its franchisees cannot subsequently be obliged to deliver in accordance with these promotional actions.
3.2. Taco Mundo BV and its franchisees are entitled to refuse and withdraw promotional actions at any time.
3.3. Discount codes are not valid in combination with Mundo Menus and Amigo Deals

4. Payment
Advance payment is possible in the manner offered on Www.tacomundo.com.
If the online payment method is not available or you prefer to pay for your order upon delivery,

You are not allowed to change, copy, otherwise (re) use or remove brand or identifiers affixed to the website and/or products, including packaging/advertising material, and/or any indications concerning copyrights, trade names or other intellectual property rights, nor modify or imitate the website or any parts of it, or in any other way harm or unjustified advantage. draw from the reputation of Taco Mundo B.V.'s intellectual property rights, to its affiliates and/or its suppliers.
6. Liability
6.1. The total liability of Taco Mundo B.V. and its franchisees due to an attributable shortcoming in the fulfillment of an agreement or for any other reason is limited to compensation for direct damage up to the amount of the price stipulated for that agreement.
6.2. The liability of Taco Mundo B.V. and its franchisees for damage due to death, physical injury or material damage to property never exceeds the insured amount under the insurance taken out for that purpose.
6.3. The liability of Taco Mundo B.V. and its franchisees for indirect damage, consequential damage,
lost profits, missed savings, are excluded.
6.4. The exclusions and restrictions referred to in articles 6.1 to 6.3 will expire if and insofar as the damage is the result of intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of the management of Taco Mundo B.V. and its franchisees.
7. Applicable law
The agreements between Taco Mundo B.V. and its franchisees and you are governed by Dutch law and will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

The processing of personal data takes place only to the extent necessary for the purpose for which this data was provided by the customer to Taco Mundo, the (optimization of) services to Taco Mundo's customers.
Taco Mundo may use personal data:

2. To financially process orders placed by the customer;
3. To maintain and expand the relationship with the customer, including by sending newsletters to customers and informing customers about offers and range changes within Taco Mundo that are of interest to them;
